We founded springFM Kft. to build a professional bridge between the worlds of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management): we help ensure that the data created during design and construction becomes a genuinely usable, value-creating asset throughout the entire life cycle of the building.

25 years of professional experience in facility management and BIM/CAFM.
We are actively involved in the LEOFM Proptech working group and contribute to the development of the LEO 310 recommendation on BIM-based facility management.
As external experts, we took part in the review of the MSZ EN ISO 19650-3 standard (BIM – operational phase).
We regularly teach BIM and CAFM courses at universities, professional conferences and the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
